Feedback API
Accept feedback from inside your product, have each message classified, and forward it to wherever your team already works. No inbox to babysit.
What exists today
- Submissions can come straight from the browser with a publishable key; secret keys stay on the server.
- Each submission is classified into bug, feature_request, praise, billing, support or uncategorised, with a confidence score: by Claude on Indie and up, by a keyword matcher on Free and past a plan's monthly AI allowance.
- Routing rules forward feedback to Slack, Linear, GitHub, email or a webhook, optionally filtered by category.
- Each item can be marked reviewed or resolved, and re-classified by hand, from the API, the dashboard or the MCP server. A correction is never routed twice.
- A submission can carry an optional email address, so you can reply to the person. It is returned on read and shown in the dashboard, and is not forwarded to routing destinations.
- On Indie and up, feedback text is sent to Anthropic for classification only; it is not used for training under the API terms. The keyword matcher sends it nowhere.

Questions
- Is the classification reliable?
- It returns a category and a confidence score. On Indie and up, AI does it and low-confidence items land in uncategorised rather than being guessed. On Free, a keyword matcher does it, and a message with none of its words stays uncategorised. Every item can be reclassified by hand.
- Can users see each other's feedback?
- No. There is no public board or voting. Feedback is private to your project by design.
- What does routing cost?
- Nothing beyond the plan. Email works on every plan, Free included; Slack, Linear and GitHub on Indie and up. Webhooks for any other destination start on Indie.
